Answer: Meckel's Diverticulum
The image is of a "Meckel's Scan" which uses Technetium-99m (99mTc) pertechnetate to 'light-up' gastric mucosa. Notice the intense uptake in the right upper quadrant which corresponds to the stomach and the increased uptake in the left lower quadrant that corresponds to the gastric mucosa present within a Meckel's diverticulum.
