Genu Valgum vs. Genu Varum

Here's a fun way to use the name to remember the difference between Genu Valgum and Genu Varum!

It would be best to say that this is ONLY for genu valgum and varum .....

In the elbow, where the terms valgum and varum are used, Cubitus valgum and varum are flipped. You have a decreased angle with cubitus varum and an increased angle with valgum!

I actually have genu valgum. I Didn't even know until I saw my legs in the wall high mirrors at the gym a little while ago. I think self diagnosis is appropriate here lol.
